Dabigatran Etexilate: P-glycoprotein/ABCB1 Inducers may decrease the serum concentration of Dabigatran Etexilate. |
Management |
Avoid concurrent use of dabigatran with a p-glycoprotein inducer when possible. Closely monitor for decreased levels/effects of dabigatran if concomitantly administering a p-glycoprotein inducer, particularly strong inducers. |
