Fingolimod: May enhance the arrhythmogenic effect of Antiarrhythmic Agents (Class Ia). |
Management |
Obtain baseline ECG (if not recently available) if initiating fingolimod during treatment with class Ia antiarrhythmic agents. Monitor for bradycardia and AV block. The Canadian labeling recommends avoiding concomitant use of these agents. |
