Telaprevir: May increase the serum concentration of Midazolam. |
Management |
Use of oral midazolam with telaprevir is contraindicated. IV midazolam use may pose a lower risk, but dose reductions should be considered and patients should be monitored closely for signs/symptoms of toxicity. |
