Ketoconazole (Systemic): Antacids may decrease the serum concentration of Ketoconazole (Systemic). |
Management |
Administer oral ketoconazole at least 2 hours prior to use of any antacid product. Monitor patients closely for signs of inadequate clinical response to ketoconazole. |
