Danazol: May increase the serum concentration of HMG-CoA Reductase Inhibitors. |
Management |
Concurrent use of simvastatin with danazol is contraindicated. Avoid using lovastatin doses greater than 10 mg/day when danazol is given concomitantly. Fluvastatin, pravastatin and rosuvastatin may pose lower risk. |
