Indications
 Oral
Dementia, Cerebrovascular disorders
Adult: 15-30 mg daily in 3 divided doses.
Contraindications
 Pregnancy; lactation.
Warnings / Precautions
 Hypertension or cardiac dysfunction.
Adverse Reactions
 Transient hypotension, tachycardia.
Drug Interactions
 Possible decrease in anticoagulation effect with warfarin.

Mechanism of Actions
 Vinpocetine is derived from vincamine. It increases cerebral circulation and utilisation of oxygen and is used in a variety of cerebral disorders.
Administration
 Should be taken with food. (Take after meals.)
