Mechanism of Actions |
Sulbutiamine is an antiasthenic drug. It increases physical resistance to fatigue, improves neuromuscular efficiency, learning, memory and the metabolic function of the cerebral cortex. Absorption: Rapidly absorbed in the GI tract after oral admin. Distribution: Crosses the blood brain barrier. Excretion: Half-life: about 5 hr. |
