      Dear colleagues:

      Our company AR PHARMA based in Colombia, South America is in the search of potential Metrotexate providers, we need to import 2.000.000 of methotrexate tablets 2,5 mg. Box
      (10 x 10 ).

      Based on the above , I would appreciate if you can confirm the following :

      1. Order to purchase 2 million tablets oh methotrexate 2.5 mg

      2. What is the shelf life ( in conditions of zone IV preferably zone IV b )

      3. Mind regardless of prior purchase, for which I do not need , at this time, Registry , because Methotrexate has been declared as a VITAL MEDICINE (there are insufficient quantities for patients)

      For import methotrexate I just need a INVIMA permit. For this permit I need from your side the following documents:

      A. Pharmaceutical Product Certificate ( PPC ) adjusted to WHO requirements for medicines that will be commercialized in other countries. This certificate needs to be “apostilled” taking into account the agreement go the HAYA between India and Colombia.

      B. certificate of analysis for each batch to be sent to Colombia.

      C. When the finished product is ready to be sent to Colombia, each box must have a sticker placed and/or a seal with the following information: MEDICAMENTO VITAL , name and address of importer.

      4. In case we reach to an agreement and pay 100% to your company, which would be the approximate time frame that methotrexate would be sent to Colombia ?

      5. Could you send me a confidentiality agreement and a contract draft between the two companies?
