Many times defective capsules are found with powder leaked inside the sealed packaging. Sometimes in whole pack of foil, and sometimes one or two in whole foil pack. Taking it back to retailer like MedPlus in Kolkata Bhowanipore is of no use as they don’t exchange or return money repeatedly. Reporting it to Tablets India did not help either and we got no response.
God knows who to blame, what to do. Just know that moneybox wasted many times, but have to keep buying and take risk as it is prescribed by doctor.
