Vardenafil: CYP3A4 Inhibitors (Strong) may increase the serum concentration of Vardenafil. |
Management |
Limit the vardenafil dose to 2.5 mg/24-hour period when used with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors. With ritonavir limit dose to 2.5 mg/72-hour period. With lower doses of some inhibitors, a reduction to 5 mg/24-hour period may be adequate. |
