Quinolone Antibiotics: Sucralfate may decrease the serum concentration of Quinolone Antibiotics. |
Management |
Administer oral quinolones at least 2 hours before or 6 hours after the sucralfate dose. Greater separation of doses may further lessen the risk for a significant interaction. |
