Ofloxacin (systemic) vs Didanosine

Moderate, Consider therapy modification
Didanosine: May decrease the serum concentration of Quinolone Antibiotics.
Administer oral quinolones at least 2 hours before or 6 hours after didanosine. Monitor for decreased therapeutic effects of quinolones, particularly if doses cannot be separated as recommended. This does not apply to unbuffered enteric coated didanosine.
