Sildenafil: CYP3A4 Inhibitors (Strong) may increase the serum concentration of Sildenafil. |
Management |
When used for treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension, use of sildenafil with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors should be avoided. When used for erectile dysfunction, starting dose should be reduced to 25 mg. Max dose with ritonavir is 25 mg per 48 hours. |
