Ixabepilone: CYP3A4 Inducers (Strong) may decrease the serum concentration of Ixabepilone. |
Management |
Avoid this combination whenever possible. If this combination must be used, a gradual increase in ixabepilone dose from 40 mg/m2 to 60 mg/m2 (given as a 4-hour infusion), as tolerated, should be considered. |
