Imatinib: CYP3A4 Inducers (Strong) may decrease the serum concentration of Imatinib. |
Management |
Avoid concurrent use of imatinib with strong CYP3A4 inducers when possible. If such a combination must be used, increase imatinib dose by at least 50% and monitor the patient's clinical response closely. |
