Deferasirox: PHENobarbital may decrease the serum concentration of Deferasirox.
Management
Avoid combination when possible; if the combination must be used, consider an increase in initial deferasirox dose to 30 mg/kg, and monitor serum ferritin concentrations/clinical responses to guide further dosing.
