Mycophenolate: May decrease the serum concentration of Contraceptives (Estrogens). Average AUC values were unchanged, but there was evidence of substantial patient-to-patient variability in response to this combination.
Management
Women of childbearing potential who are receiving mycophenolate mofetil should consider using an alternative and/or additional form of contraception.
