Cilostazol: Esomeprazole may enhance the adverse/toxic effect of Cilostazol. Esomeprazole may increase the serum concentration of Cilostazol. Esomeprazole may increase the serum concentration of OPC-13015, an active metabolite of Cilostazol. |
Management |
Monitor for increased cilostazol effects when coadministered with esomeprazole. The manufacturer recommends considering a 50% dose reduction of cilostazol (eg, 100 mg twice daily to 50 mg twice daily) with concomitant use of these agents. |
