MetroNIDAZOLE (Systemic): May increase the serum concentration of Busulfan. |
Management |
The toxic effects of busulfan may be greatly increased with concomitant use of metronidazole. This combination should probably be avoided when possible. If these agents must be used together, increased monitoring for busulfan toxicity is recommended. |
