Indications
Oral
Cerebrovascular and peripheral activator
Adult: 40 mg of extr tid.
Oral
Dementia
Adult: 120-240 mg daily in divided doses.
Warnings / Precautions
Patients receiving anticoagulants or drugs that may affect platelet aggregation.
Adverse Reactions
Headaches, dizziness, palpitations, GI disturbances, bleeding disorders, skin hypersensitivity reactions.
Mechanism of Actions
It has been postulated that the extract Ginkgo biloba leaves may be used in cerebrovascular and peripheral vascular disorders.
Administration
Should be taken with food. (Take before meals.)
