Mechanism |
The combined use of aspirin and a serotonin and noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) may possibly have additive effects on the inhibition of haemostasis and increase the risk of adverse bleeding events. Monitor the patient for signs of increased bleeding and consider using gastroprotectants in high-risk patients. |

Monitor for signs of drug toxicity. |
