Maraviroc: CYP3A4 Inhibitors (Strong) may increase the serum concentration of Maraviroc. |
Management |
Reduce the adult dose of maraviroc to 150 mg twice daily when used with a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor. Do not use maraviroc with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors in patients with Clcr less than 30 mL/min. |
