Roflumilast: CYP3A4 Inducers (Strong) may decrease the serum concentration of Roflumilast.
Management
Roflumilast U.S. prescribing information recommends against combining strong CYP3A4 inducers with roflumilast. The Canadian product monograph makes no such recommendation but notes that such agents may reduce roflumilast therapeutic effects.
