Lopinavir: PHENobarbital may decrease the serum concentration of Lopinavir. |
Management |
Increased doses of lopinavir may be necessary when using these agents in combination. Do not use a once daily lopinavir/ritonavir regimen together with phenobarbital. Increase monitoring of therapeutic response in all patients using this combination. |
