Erlotinib: H2-Antagonists may decrease the serum concentration of Erlotinib. |
Management |
Avoid H2-antagonists in patients receiving erlotinib when possible. If concomitant treatment cannot be avoided, erlotinib should be dosed once daily, 10 hours after and at least 2 hours before H2-antagonist dosing. |
