Colchicine: CYP3A4 Inhibitors (Strong) may increase the serum concentration of Colchicine. |
Management |
Colchicine is contraindicated in patients with impaired renal or hepatic function who are also receiving a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor. In those with normal renal and hepatic function, reduce colchicine dose as directed. |
