Bifonazole

Indications
Topical/Cutaneous
Skin fungal infections, Nail fungal infections
Adult: Apply 1% of the preparation on affected areas of the skin once daily for 2-4 wk or longer in nail infections. For nail infections, may apply 40% urea paste initially to soften the nails.
Warnings / Precautions
Pregnancy, lactation.
Adverse Reactions
Local reactions such as burning and itching.
Mechanism of Actions
Bifonazole has both antifungal and antibacterial properties. It possesses mainly antibacterial activity against some gram-positive cocci.
